Hmm... I feel angry, I feel hurt, I feel loved, I feel safe. There is an implication that something outside of us is causing us to feel whatever we are feeling. In truth, we are experiencing exactly what we choose to feel in every moment. What do we mean when we say, 'follow your feeling'? We should say, 'follow your best feeling'.
Can we master our feelings? Yes we can choose how we feel and if we don't like how we feel. we can change the story behind the feeling, or we can stop giving the feeling or energy. We can deprogram the source of the feeling and the feeling itself by learning to master them. The feeling is Source experiencing what we are paying attention to. We are not separate from our source. Your body was created in order for Source to experience form (matter/dark). Your soul was created from Source in the form of consciousness (light/antimatter). More on this in later posts.
A feeling will lead you to your source or away from your source. We can tell which direction you are moving by how we feel. Do we like how we are feeling or do we want to feel something else? Feelings are motivators. Feelings are indicators. Feelings show us where we are. It is like a blinker. We can either turn left of right. Totally our choice. In most cases, at this time, we are moving away from source. Sometimes we are merging with source ,in the moment, and experiencing life. In this case our feeling changes moment to moment. If we run from our feeling, we move away from source. When we start returning to source we experience that feeling again and again until we allow it to complete and choose something else. If we don't allow it to complete or create a story behind it, another somebody done somebody wrong song, a pattern will develop. If we fully experience the feeling and stay out of any previously created story about the feeling we can complete the circuit. Many times, just by becoming aware of it, and not choosing the feeling and the story again. You have to choose your feeling over your story. You are a creator god so you say to Source, matter and antimatter, "I realize I chose this and thank you for giving it to me and now I want to experience this". And then you focus your attention on what you are now choosing and know that it has been given. Because we have been taught that life happens to us, at first we have to retrain ourselves to unlearn creating stories and undo the old stories on many levels. Eventually, we get there and by then we are usually addicted to Self Mastery and feeling good. Why would we choose different. Who knows, but we might choose different to develop an aspect of ourselves or experience something. No judgement. It is all good.
Emotions are not feelings. Emotion is Energy in motion. Emotion is where you put your energy and attention and is your indicator to Source as to what you would like to experience. So if you want experience happiness then pay attention to that. If you want to be supported pay attention to how supported you are. It is a choice. This is your power. You decide how you use it. There are no victims. There is only choice.
If Emotions are not feelings, what is a feeling. A feeling occurs in your heart and informs you. I feel hurt is a story we assign to a feeling that doesn't feel good but it is not the feeling. The feeling in the heart increases well being or it increases separation. You can tell if you are moving in the right direction for you by gauging the feeling in your heart. Is it increasing the feeling of Well Being, of Wholeness or is creating a feeling of anxiety or fear? Pretty simple.
